Use your favourite cut of chicken for this barbecue dish. If you have time, marinate the meat for 2 to 6 hours. Serve with a salad.

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken thighs
- 2 ml chilli sauce
- clove garlic
- 3 ml ginger (ground)
- 3 ml honey
- dash lemon juice
- pepper (black)
- 2 ml sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
Method:
For the marinade, mix the honey with the chilli paste, soy sauce, sesame
oil, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and a little black pepper in a
medium-sized bowl. Add the chicken and coat thoroughly with the marinade.
Cover with foil and refrigerate until 10 minutes before cooking. Braai or
grill and cook the chicken for about 15-20 minutes, turning several times
during cooking. Avoid burning the chicken. Alternately, you can cook the
chicken in the oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes.
